Jun Kim, of Yoforia, a frozen yogurt company in Atlanta, makes sure his employees don't try to sell. He thinks it's important for his employees to use their discretion for selling the yogurt products and to put themselves in the customers' shoes. If they think the customer is not interested, then they don't even bother trying to sell anything. Apparently it is working, with a sales hike of over 40% since the previous year.
